The fee structure and conditions of placement
- A one-off placement fee of 10% of the annual salary will be charged for any permanent placements made.
- A 25% fee of total earned, with a minimum of R350, will be charged for any short-term, temporary placements made.
- R60 per day will be charged for placements of 3 weeks or less.
- Fees are due within 7 days from the date of invoice.
- Village Nannies is not registered for VAT, and will therefore not charge you for VAT.
- A 10% discount is offered on all future placements.
- All responsibility for deciding on the suitability of a Candidate rests with the Client.
- Village Nannies bears no liability for any loss or damage to persons or property suffered by the Client, directly or indirectly, arising from the Candidate’s employment with the Client.
- Village Nannies may not be held responsible for any injury incurred by the Candidate, or damage to the Candidate’s property, whilst in your employ.
- If the Client cancels the Candidate's employment before the Candidate commences work, the Client is still liable to pay the full placement fee.This is because Village Nannies has already provided the Client with the service of finding them a suitable candidate.
- Village Nannies guarantees to find one suitable replacement free of charge, within one month, if, within the first three months of the placement, the Client or the Candidate decide to terminate the employment relationship. However, in the unlikely event of Village Nannies not being able to provide another suitable Candidate, Village Nannies will not be liable to refund the placement fee.
